Aluminium Milk Cans

Our Aluminium cans are made from one piece monoblock design. It is made available in push and pull, lockable & mushroom type lids. Cans have a minimum hardness of 85 BHN, higher body & bottom thickness which are precisely maintained on special purpose machine to withstand dents from rough handling. With this, other Special Features are:

• Special spinning technology for wrinkle free, smooth surface.
• Press shrink fitted bottom ring with full welding.
• Chamfered end handles for firm grip.
• Spot welded can lids to give total fusion and strength.
• Sanitary finish cans lids for hygiene.

• Bottom ring is press shrink fitted & then fully MIG welded all around for extra strength & longer life.
• Handles are properly bent with chamfered ends which ensures firm grip.
• Can lids are spot welded at 5 places on high pressure welding machine to give total fusion & higher strength.
• Can lids are brazed all around with sanitary finish which ensures hygiene.
• Cans and lids are pre-treated and then anodised.
